Our Story 

We are proud to be a home-based mother/daughter team creating our dream... and some delicious cookies! 

When I was a young girl I would spend hours in the kitchen cooking with my mum. She taught me to cook Greek food. I enjoyed making the Easter Koulourakia and Kourabiedes (iced shortbread), the closest thing to cookies at the time. Although at times it felt like a chore, now that my mother is no longer with me, I cherish all the time we shared together, talking, laughing and especially listening to her sing as she cooked.  

Now as a mother myself, lucky to have a loving daughter who enjoys cooking (though not too much of my singing), we too started cooking together. Two years ago we decided to make Christmas cookie boxes for all our family and friends. It was so much fun creating all the different designs and flavours as I reminisced with a sense of nostalgia. We enjoyed a joyous connection through the process. The feedback from our cookie boxes was overwhelming and everyone encouraged us to go into business. 

So we decided to give it a go and created Mum n Mee, in memory of my mother and our bond, always present and as a light to appreciate our new bonds from one generation to the next. 

Today our business has been successful thanks to your support, allowing our passion to bring our creations with love from our kitchen to yours.
