Standard shapes : Square, Circle, Round, Heart, Star and flower shaped cookies come in 3 sizes small (5cm), medium (6cm), large 7cm and XL 8cm.

Our online store accepts Direct Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Yes. We have two types of delivery options.

Australia post - We individually pack cookies and box for Local Delivery across NSW, Standard postage cost are automatically added to your order. Delivery up to 4 business days from bake. If delivery outside NSW is required please contact us direct to discuss arrangements. 

As we do not have a retail store we also offer a Pick Up/Drop Off option where we can arrange a meeting point, note this is only available once order is paid in full.

Not all our products can be delivered. Our Gift boxes are not recommended for delivery via Australia Post. During Christmas we set up a delivery driver twice a week to accommodate and guarantee your boxes are delivered undamaged. Pick Up is welcomed too.

Yes.  Although we also offer cookies which are nut free. Please check out our products to see ingredients lists. All our order forms provide an option for allergies, we strongly suggest this be filled out.

 Yes! This is our favourite type of cookie. We suggest fill out our custom order form whereby we can discuss and design your personalised cookie.

Yes we use a software with SSL to keep all your info safe.

Cookies received heat sealed can last up to 3 weeks. We recommend once opened storing in an air tight container at room temperature are best for up to 1 week. 

The more notice you can give us the better.  We suggest getting in with your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. We always do our best to fit in last minute orders however these cannot be guaranteed. We need at least one week notice for cookies and two weeks for cakes.
